About the whale and me
The whale symbolises a deeper awareness of the world and the social relationships around it. The oceans he traverses hold the ancient knowledge from the dawn of time. They are his field of information. This makes him a mediator between ancient wisdom and what we humans perceive as the real world. Deep understanding and wise insights are possible if we are prepared to delve into our own thoughts and emotions. We will feel a deep sense of connection when we recognise the value of community and solidarity. The whale is an ideal spiritual teacher!
If we stop viewing the universe as a backdrop and start seeing it as a partner, something fundamental changes in our self-image, the way we work and what is possible. This is not my own wisdom, but ancient knowledge that has existed for millennia. Spiritual symbols, rites and practices are tools with which we forge a personal connection to these energies and the wisdom of what was, what is and what will be.

Spirituelle Symbole, Riten und Praktiken sind Werkzeuge, mit denen wir eine persönliche Beziehung zu diesen Energien und Weisheiten dessen, was war, was ist und was sein wird, gestalten.
After all, there aren’t that many roads leading to Rome
Before I decided to put this knowledge out there, I set off for Rome countless times and ended up in all sorts of other places. I held what our society calls ‘top’ positions, such as head of department and managing director.
I was what our society calls ‘down’ – without a job and also without any money. I wandered through government offices, agencies, universities, start-ups and large corporations.
I experienced both poverty and wealth.
After more than 20 years in the business world and a life filled with spiritual practice, which I integrate into the corporate context, I know one thing for certain: If we are open to working with the energies that already exist within the earth, the elements, the stars, our ancestral lineage or the world of spirit animals, an inner harmony between heart and mind – the sacred gift and the faithful servant – emerges, which quite naturally attracts earthly success.
A fulfilling life or a successful business strategy is not based solely on a focus on productivity and performance, but also on ancient, instinctive parts of ourselves, which we should have the confidence to allow to take the lead to a greater extent.
It works because it has always worked. We just forgot.
That is what I teach.
