They are his field of information. This makes him a mediator between ancient wisdom and what we humans perceive as the real world. Deep understanding and wise insights are possible if we are prepared to delve into our own thoughts and emotions. We will feel a deep sense of connection when we recognise the value of community and solidarity. I held what our society calls \u2018top\u2019 positions, such as head of department and managing director.<\/p>\n<p>I was what our society calls \u2018down\u2019 \u2013 without a job and also without any money. I wandered through government offices, agencies, universities, start-ups and large corporations.<\/p>\n<p>I experienced both poverty and wealth.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #2a6271;\">After more than 20 years in the business world and a life filled with spiritual practice, which I integrate into the corporate context, I know one thing for <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #2a6271;\">certain:<\/span><\/strong> If we are open to working with the energies that already exist within the earth, the elements, the stars, our ancestral lineage or the world of spirit animals, an inner harmony between heart and mind \u2013 the sacred gift and the faithful servant \u2013 emerges, which quite naturally attracts earthly success.<\/p>\n<p>A fulfilling life or a successful business strategy is not based solely on a focus on productivity and performance, but also on ancient, instinctive parts of ourselves, which we should have the confidence to allow to take the lead to a greater extent.<\/p>\n<p>It works because it has always worked.
